ever since i can remember i have always loved flowers.
i love the way they look. their bright colors bring a feeling of joy. no matter how i am feeling, they always make me feel happy.
giving me flowers is literally like giving kids candy on Halloween lol, its kind of funny ! i am totally obsessed.
theres something about flowers that really resonates with me. i love their lovely amazing smell + the way they move in the wind.
wildflowers are my favorite ( you probably already noticed that by the name of my blog ), i love how they spring up anywhere + everywhere
you can ask any of my friends + family, anytime i see any type of flower i HAVE to pick it !
if there is a flower i cannot leave without picking it,
i just can't ! after picking them or buying some, i love to sit down and make flower crowns out of them.
wearing a flower crown makes my heart so happy.
i love all of these things about flowers and flower crowns, but what i am fascinated by the most is that God created something so small + fragile,
but there is so much beauty in it, no matter how small he created it,
with love, so that we could enjoy it + so that we could see the beauty of its existence.
so i am so thankful to Him for sharing with us something with such beauty.
i read a saying once, it said, “her heart was a passion - flower, bearing within it the crown of thorns and the cross of Christ.”
how beautiful to think of it that way, that we are children of the True King,
the one who wore a crown of thorns on His head instead of a
crown of jewels. and as daughters of The King, because of what He did for us,
we do not have to wear crowns of thorns but instead we get to wear flower crowns !!
